How we publish replies.
Anyone can share correspondence privately. Publication requires separate permission, a source check and an editorial review to remove personal information. Originals and contact details stay private.
Summaries describe the reply; they are not an endorsement, a party ranking or evidence that a promised action has happened. An entry’s party and seat reflect the directory when it was submitted. Dates refer to the reply supplied.
