75 per cent of teachers on the 2011/12 Probationer Induction Scheme were in permanent or temporary employment in publicly funded schools
Annual teacher census: total FTE teachers 51,410, 21 fewer than 2011's 51,431. 75% of 2011/12 probationers were in permanent or temporary posts in publicly funded schools in September 2012, up from 66% a year earlier.
