Renfrewshire teachers face struggle to secure permanent role after probation
Only four of Renfrewshire's 34 post-probation primary teachers went into permanent full-time posts in 2020/21. It was the second year running that more took temporary jobs, and only a third of secondary post-probationers got permanent roles.
