Only 22 of the latest teachers to complete their probation year will go into permanent jobs

Only 22 of the latest primary probationers in Dundee, Angus, Fife and Perth and Kinross got permanent local jobs, and none of Fife's 139. Another 238 probationers were starting in the same councils.
