I feel like a failure and like there was no point in me training to be a teacher as there are no jobs.

Only 11.5% of Angus's 2021/22 primary probationers found a permanent post in their first year, against 19.9% in Fife, 27.9% in Dundee and 48.3% in Perth and Kinross. An Angus teacher says only supply work is available.
