The impact on our mental health is frightening, having contemplated ending my own life due to lack of work and being in debt.

We are treated like numbers, no consideration given to our wellbeing, or life in general.

In January they called us to a meeting to tell us this would not be happening and that we should still be grateful that they gave us the opportunity of our probation year and they could not guarantee supply interviews.

Since schools returned in August I have not had any work. Further, to get onto a permanent supply you have to have 2 years continuous service, this seems impossible when not getting any work at all.
