What the route leads to The process includes permanency applicants and vacancy matching rather than treating a qualifying period as an automatic appointment.
Vacancy / placement The reviewed process places probationer allocation and other staffing obligations before open recruitment. The policy was approved in January 2026. It does not by itself establish individual outcomes or guaranteed pay while a teacher is unmatched.
