People need to know about the effect on people’s mental health when they have been working on supply in the same school for years to then be moved on when a compulsory transfer comes in or someone else gets the job over you even though you have been doing the job for years. If we’re good enough to work on supply, especially for years in the same school, why do we need to interview to be permanent?
