I am on a fixed term part time contract with a school. I have this through the supply list but am anxious each day as I know at any point, despite being given a contract, this post can be taken away with only a few weeks’ notice.

I don’t think this is spoken about enough and not enough people are aware about this who are on the temporary supply lists until it happens to them or someone they know. It gives the sense of security, although it isn’t.
