I have had to delay marrying, buying a home and having a baby because of the lack of job security. I am incredibly lucky my partner has been able to subsidise me when I was unable to pay my way myself, as well as supporting me when we then did eventually have a baby. I have no permanent job, no permanent home and a wedding perpetually on hold.
