Trying to do the only job I’ve ever loved has been demeaning, demoralising, and financially disastrous. I’m still here, clinging on, but every year feels harder.

It’s had me in bits, especially after my contract being broken six weeks before the two year point. It’s just treating people like scrap. Cheap labour during NQT, cannon fodder during Covid, and utterly worthless now.
