Working on supply has affected my self-confidence. At times it has felt like there is no light at the end of the tunnel.

Me and my husband are relocating to [location removed] so I can start [a permanent teaching role; identifying details removed]. It is a permanent post and I am forever grateful for the opportunity.

We are extremely lucky because I know relocation is not a viable option for lots of people.
