The biggest and most frustrating issue I’ve had is that when applying for jobs a head teacher report is needed. Unfortunately it is very difficult to get one while only completing short term supply. This severely limits my options and forces me to stick to supply jobs, without the possibility of long term work or permanency.

As a parent of teenagers, I’m constantly struggling to make ends meet and it’s creating anxiety and stress.
