Full time permanent jobs are rarely seen, and if they are those jobs are already taken by head teachers’ friends or people who they like better. There is an enormous amount of nepotism within the councils.
The applications aren’t fair process and interviews. They provide no feedback. There is no guarantee of improving. But they are happy to have us back to the school for supply with no planning or help left behind. The whole process of hiring needs to be better, more transparency on how they hire.
