Our service is broken after 10 days of no work and like clockwork it can be broken with no supply being offered till October. Teachers have to interview multiple times in the year to retain jobs as contracts end in January or Easter.

I know teachers that have had the same job for 6 years and have had to interview for the job every Easter. We are interviewed and given no say in where we go and are placed in a job with hours we have not got to decide and area of travel.
