I have chosen to go back to further education to try and help my employability.

I am also so disheartened with the detrimental effect the amount of staffing changes are having on pupils’ learning within schools. The high level of change every year and throughout the year is disruptive for pupils, does not support continuity. It takes time for new staff members to integrate into school communities and do the role to the highest standards as they are learning the systems and building those relationships and often are moved on to another school quickly to start again.
