Authorities shouldn’t be allowed to bring in probationer numbers if there is not sufficient work for current teachers or those probationers after probationary year.

Also the issue of probationers being placed in council by GTCS which may not be their choice or closest council in probationary year and then being stuck here as lots of councils don’t externally open their supply list. So it has become complete luck.
