They need to stop the large amount of students at universities studying teaching. Why is the government paying people to go through the course for there to be no jobs at the other end?
The councils and the government need to work together rather than blaming each other about who’s in charge of hiring teachers. I also feel more council/parliament members needs to go into schools for long periods and see what teachers are putting up with and why we need more teachers within schools.
