I have no desire to have a permanent contract or full-time work. I have suffered greatly with stress during my 26 years of teaching and now just want a few days’ supply per week. Luckily I live in an authority where work is available, though I often find it hard to get any work in January and May. I would like there to be some guaranteed hours for people like me.
