Teachers move house and move city. Moving between councils means starting again.

I move frequently as my husband [relocates for work]. It has been almost impossible to find work in Edinburgh, even getting on the supply list (which has taken 6 months) (Midlothian longer!).

The situation is dire. Schools employ regular faces for cover and therefore teacher booker can be rigged.
